1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jelilive, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all use of jelilive services, including the website, mobile browser access, and any dedicated application.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or make use of jelilive services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

jelilive reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will be closed, and any transactions may be voided or reversed in accordance with applicable policy.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jelilive. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelilive login credentials. You should not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. jelilive will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately through your account dashboard.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your jelilive account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets and local bank transfers. Specific methods available to you are displayed within your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits made using payment accounts that are not registered in your name, or using methods not listed on the platform, may be declined or reversed. jelilive does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jelilive account are processed in Philippine Peso and sent to the same payment method used for your corresponding deposit. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This is a one-time requirement.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review before funds are dispatched. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally processed faster than Philippine bank transfers, which are subject to standard banking business days and cut-off times.

jelilive reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory verification of identity, source of funds, or other compliance requirements. Any funds that cannot be reconciled following verification may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable policy.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jelilive may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be presented clearly at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Promotions are available to eligible account holders only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• jelilive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7. Gameplay & Betting

All games and betting markets available on jelilive use certified Random Number Generators (for virtual games) or genuine live equipment (for live casino titles). Outcomes are determined by chance or the natural mechanics of the game — jelilive does not influence results.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding. jelilive reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error occurred, where the market was suspended at the time of placement, or where the bet was accepted in error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on jelilive and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any player-versus-player format.
• Any form of fraud, including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

8. Responsible Gaming

jelilive is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in the Philippines. Online gaming is entertainment — it involves financial risk and does not guarantee any return. jelilive is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end during an active game session.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Decisions made by the player in the course of gameplay, including the outcome of any bet.
• Unauthorized access to an account caused by the player's failure to protect their login credentials.
